    Mr. Stern is a founding partner of Echelon Property Group with leadership responsibilities for all aspects of the company. Bryan is responsible for corporate strategy, business development, client relations and delivering on our promise of Excellence to our stakeholders. Using his ability to lead with enthusiasm and his compassion for others, Bryan creates an inspiring culture where team members are appreciated and motivated to deliver results for our clients and team members. In his previous role as founder of Baron Properties, Bryan was responsible for equity and debt sponsorship where he acquired 30 multifamily communities valued at $450 million and created over $100 million of value for clients and investors. Bryan was also an acquisitions manager for ProLogis, a global industrial property REIT and a mortgage banker. Bryan received his MBA from the University of Denver in Real Estate and Construction Management and his B.S. in Finance from the University of Colorado. Mr. Stern is a member of the Young Presidents Organization, Apartment Association of Metro Denver. Mr. Stern is a Colorado licensed real estate broker.

    Mr. Powell is a Principal and co-founder of Echelon Property Group, with oversight responsibilities including all corporate and community operations, asset management, and client relations.

    An expert in property management, Drake has over 25 years of local experience in multifamily ownership and management. Since its formation in 2010, Echelon has grown to over 300 employees, 11,000 units under management, has invested over $75 million in capital improvements, and has leased up over 2,000 units. Mr. Powell is very proud of Echelon being named a Denver Top Workplace for three years in a row as well as being named winner of the 2018 Grand Tributes Award for Management Companies over 3,000 units.

    Prior to forming Echelon, Mr. Powell was the Senior Vice President of Baron Properties for over 11 years, playing an integral role in managing the company's operations and capital deployment, including 30 acquisitions totaling more than $450 million, community renovation projects totaling more than $20 million, as well as creating and directing the management platform that expanded from its inception to managing over 4,500 units. Prior to his tenure at Baron Properties, Mr. Powell held District and Area Management positions at Lincoln Property Company and Equity Residential, where he started his career as a financial analyst.

    Mr. Powell is a Colorado native and holds a BA degree from the Colorado College. Mr. Powell is a Past President of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and was inducted into its Hall of Fame in 2018.

    As Senior Vice President for Echelon Property Group, Judy oversees the global operations, leadership team, and overall performance of the management portfolio and is an integral part of establishing and executing the company's strategic vision and culture. Judy has a strong background in revenue management and is influential in driving the financial performance of the portfolio. Prior to joining Echelon in 2013, she was an essential part of Equity Residential's Denver office for more than 15 years. In her most recent position as Acting Area Vice President, she was responsible for the oversight and performance of up to 25 properties consisting of over 8,200 apartment units as well as over 200 on-sight employees and local corporate support team. Prior to this role, she was a Senior Regional Manager with hands-on management responsibilities of a large portfolio of properties ranging from Class A to Class C, and new lease-ups and renovation properties. Judy has a broad background of experience in the multifamily business and is known for her ability to maximize operating performance by engaging and motivating on-site team members as well as mentoring and training Regional Managers. Prior to joining Equity, she worked in the fee management business for Spectrum Real Estate Services, Inc., and was an integral part of that company's management team and worked on over 100 receiverships. Judy holds CPM designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. She also held the President and Treasurer seats on the St Luke’s redevelopment district in downtown Denver for over 6 years.

    Ms. Robertshaw serves as Vice President with a primary focus on business development and client relations. With more than 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry, a strong background in daily operations, and a passion for company growth, Amie strives to ensure the partnership between ownership groups and Echelon management is built on strong foundations. Prior to joining Echelon, Amie was an Asset Manager for Capital Real Estate, LLC, where her duties included oversight of financial operations, budgeting, investor relations, capital projects, and due diligence.

    Amie graduated from the University of Florida. She is also an active member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver and is currently serving as President-Elect.

    Ms. Graber services as Vice President of Corporate Accounting and Treasury and is responsible for the preparation, reconciliation, and reporting of corporate financial statements. Her role also includes treasury management and banking relationships for all bank accounts at the corporate and property levels. Ms. Graber brings over 30 years of property management experience to her position, from on-site roles to Information Systems Manager, Project Accountant and Vice President of Accounting. Ms. Graber's varied experience has provided her the ability to understand each position within property management and has successfully transformed job processes and work procedures, training techniques, and overall communication. With previous roles at Omni Properties, AIMCO and Anterra Management, Ms. Graber has accounting experience with REITs, condominium conversions, HUD, Tax Credit, and multi-phase properties including individual and consolidated financials.

    Mrs. Ivory serves as an Area Vice President for Echelon, overseeing a community portfolio in the Denver Metro area. Hope has over 20 years of experience in the multi-family industry. With positions ranging from Property Manager, Real Estate Associate, and Multi-Site Property Manager to Senior Regional Manager, Hope has a broad range of operational experience. In the past few years, Hope has overseen several major renovation projects on 600+ unit communities in her portfolio. Her attention to detail, strong operational and renovation background, and effective leadership make her a valuable member of the Echelon team. Hope's previous experience includes Greystar, Riverstone Residential, Omni Properties, and Sevo Miller.

    Hope is currently a CPM candidate with IREM and is very involved with the Apartment Association of Metro Denver.

    Ms. Richardson serves as the Senior Regional Manager for a diverse portfolio of multi-family communities ranging from market communities, the Low Income Tax Credit (LIHTC) portfolio, and a senior community. She has been a part of the Echelon team since 2010 and has 18 years of experience in the multi-family industry including her time with Echelon. She has an extensive background in the daily operations of property management and has specialized in tax credit properties and tax credit lease-ups. During her time in the industry, she has served as Property Manager, Multi-Site Manager, Mentor and Tax Credit Compliance Manager for tax credit communities, lease-ups, rehabs, and traditional market communities. Prior to joining Echelon, Chanele was with Carmel Companies and Richman Property Group. Her onsite knowledge, tax credit expertise, and commitment to excellence make her a valuable addition to the Echelon team.

    During her time as Regional Manager, she has specialized in building and motivating strong teams, repositioning properties, maintaining quality affordable housing, and maximizing NOI for owners. Chanele graduated from Community College of Aurora and has an Associate of Arts Degree with Business Emphasis. She also holds the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation thru the National Apartment Association. She obtained her HCCP (Housing Credit Certified Professional) in 2019 and continues her commitment to affordable housing by being a member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver’s Affordable Housing Committee.

    Ms. Lucero serves as a Regional Manager, where she oversees the daily operations of a portfolio of communities in the Metro Denver and Northern Colorado markets. Jamie has been a part of the Echelon team since February of 2013 and has 17 years of experience in the multi-family industry. She has an extensive background in the daily operations of property management and has specialized in renovations and restoration of vintage properties, lease ups and stabilization of traditional properties. Her proven leadership and coaching techniques, ability to increase revenue, and control expenses make her a valuable addition to the Echelon team. Jamie graduated from the University of Colorado and was a member of the Psi Chi National Honor Society. She serves on several committees and is an active member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver.

    A respected leader with a unique ability to drive optimal financial results and build a winning team, Kendra Miller Halpern has proven success with increased profitability, top-notch customer satisfaction and unmatched employee retention in a tight corporate environment.

    Kendra has been in the industry for 30 years with 4 of the industry’s top companies. Kendra joined Echelon Property Group in March 2021 as a Senior Regional Manager. Prior to her becoming part of the EPG family, she was at Wood Residential Services for 7 ½ years overseeing Operations for CO & UT and at Aimco for 12 years as a Regional Manager, Director of Operations and VP of Operations. Kendra has also had the good fortune to work for Equity Residential and Trammell Crow Residential Services. Additionally, she has experience in multiple markets – CO, IL, CA, TX, AZ, MT, ID, UT, NV, OR and WA – and she has an in-depth understanding of lease-ups, renovations and stabilized operations.

    Kendra served on the board for the Utah Apartment Association (UAA) and is an active member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver (AAMD). She was a 3-time finalist for the UAA Tributes “Regional Manager of the Year” and a finalist for the AAMD Tributes “Executive of the Year”.

    Kendra is a Denver native and attended the University of Colorado at Boulder.

    Ms. Hatter serves as a Regional Manager for Echelon Property Group. She oversees assets in the Denver-Metro market, as well as Colorado Springs. Chris has been with Echelon since 2011, and during this time she has grown in her role and has taken her team’s results to new heights. She has a specific focus on “inspecting what she expects”, which has impacted performance in her entire portfolio.

    Chris has more than a decade of experience in the multi-family space, and she holds the prestigious Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) designation through the National Apartment Association. Her career has spanned various positions from on-site leasing to senior leadership. She attributes her success to her impeccable leadership skills, as well as her effective and innovative management strategies. These skills and strategies have been paramount in creating and implementing job-specific learning strategies for Echelon Property Group.

    With a heart that beats for her people and this industry, Ms. Hatter serves as an active member of the Apartment Association of Metro Denver & the Apartment Association of Southern Colorado. She has held several board member positions and is a recipient of the esteemed Paul Novashansky Diplomat Award.

    In short, Ms. Hatter is a leader who has a true passion for the multi-family industry, a passion for helping her teams achieve top results, and a passion for developing people into their “best selves” for the Echelon Property Group. In her spare time, Chris enjoys spending time with her family, traveling both domestically and abroad, and being a foster for adoptable dogs looking for their “forever homes.”

    Mr. Holmes serves as Regional Facilities Director and is responsible for the maintenance operations, training of maintenance personnel and vendor management for Echelon Property Group. Corey has over 20 years of experience in the apartment industry. Prior to joining Echelon Property Group, Mr. Holmes has worked with Shea Properties and Equity Residential. Corey started as a groundskeeper with Equity Residential and quickly moved up to become the Floating Service Director for a portfolio consisting of over 8200 units. Mr. Holmes was the Operations Manager for Shea Properties where he oversaw the training and service operations for their entire portfolio consisting of 8000 units spanning California and Colorado.

    Mr. Holmes holds a B.A. in Business Management from Colorado State University. He has completed academic course work in construction management and holds certifications in the following areas: EPA 608 Universal, Licensed EPA 608 Proctor, CPO, Licensed Water Restoration Technician from the IICRC, Asbestos and Certified Renovator for Lead.

    Mr. Jenulis serves as Capital Project Manager and is responsible for the implementation of capital related projects. Jason has over 20 years’ experience in the apartment industry. Prior to joining Echelon Property Group, Mr. Jenulis has worked with Alliance Residential, BRE Properties, and Greystar. Mr. Jenulis has experience with REIT Properties, Joint Ventures, and Fee Managed Properties. Mr. Jenulis has overseen and executed over $30 million of capital projects. He has extensive knowledge of value add projects and has worked on various building types from garden to wraps. Mr. Jenulis has worked on large capital projects from full clubhouse renovations to small dog parks. Mr. Jenulis is also responsible for overseeing capital needs for new acquisitions and assisting with the ProForma budgets.

    Ms. Hearn serves as Regional Transaction Manager with over 19 years of experience in the multi-family industry. Her career started as a Leasing Consultant, where she first developed a love for the industry. As the Regional Transaction Manager, Ms. Hearn is currently involved with reviewing proposed acquisitions to develop and analyze project Pro Forma statements. She also conducts market research to prepare financial information for distribution to pertinent clients.

    Ms. Hearn is also accountable for the planning, directing, and coordinating due diligence inspections, which includes, the preparation of detailed reporting and generating professional presentations to ownership groups and investors. Overseeing the transition of newly acquired developments, stabilized, and sold assets from due diligence through closing to ensure a smooth process. As a Regional Transaction Manager, she has overseen a multitude of transactions representing millions of dollars in business.

    With her extensive background in the daily operations of property management, Ms. Hearn is also overseeing the administration of incident claim reporting. This includes tracking claims for resolution and the prevention of future legal liabilities.

    Ms. Hearn’s successful professional path includes working with some of the largest fee managed firms in the Denver market. Her admirable personality and true knowledge of this field have given her an opportunity to excel in different areas within the multi-family industry.

    Ms. Thomas serves as Operations Director for Echelon Property Group. . She has an integral role in implementing new system processes to enhance and streamline property procedures.     Ms. Hill serves as the Human Resource Generalist for Echelon Property Group and is responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts for over 50 properties. She brings over a decade of recruiting and human resource experiences to the Echelon team. Jennifer has experience working for both large companies, small agencies, and non-profits. As well, she has recruited for entry-level to executive positions across a variety of industries and geographies.

    Jennifer’s recruiting experience provides her with a unique perspective when implementing strategic recruiting initiatives for the company. Developing sourcing strategies for both short- and long-term purposes, coordinates interviews and conducts candidate screening calls, and places candidates in positions across a wide range of functional areas and compensation levels.

    Renee has a colorful history as an Accounts Payable Manager. She has a diverse background in tax preparation, general accounting, vendor management, AR, and cash management. Renee’s previous position in property management is where she brings her experience with REITs, student housing, and multi-phase properties. Renee was responsible for corporate bill-back accounting, multi-state tax returns, new acquisitions, project accounting, and responsible for managing and overseeing daily operations of the accounts payable department.

    Renee is a member of The Institute of Financial Operation, a valuable education network and a leading-edge resource advancing her knowledge, expertise, and technology performing best practice procedures. On a quarterly basis, Renee volunteers her accounting services at Grace Church, and during the school year, she serves the students by providing birthday boxes at Denver Street School serving at Risk youth.
