2 pets per apartment, maximum weight of 80 lbs. Breed restrictions apply, please call for details. $400 deposit, $200 non-refundable fee for one pet. $600 deposit, $300 non-refundable fee for two pets. $25 pet rent per month per cat and dog Cats and dogs must be spayed/neutered.
