Community Manager - Denver
Echelon Property Group seeking a Community Manager for a community located in Denver, CO. Duties include monitoring and pursuing delinquent rents, inspecting apartments, posting payment demands, processing files for eviction. Also, perform bookkeeping procedures such as posting rents, traffic, service requests, move-ins and move-outs in YARDI, as well as processing invoices for payment. This person must be able to assume responsibility for the community. Small staff. Tax credit experience required.
At least 3 years of previous MultiFamily Community management experience required. Must have excellent customer service and leasing skills. Must be detail orientated, have excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task. YARDI experence a plus.

Maintenance Supervisor - Aurora
Under the direction of the Community Manager, manage the overall maintenance of the community and its physical plant. This includes but is not limited to performing service duties and supervising and coordinating the activities of maintenance personnel to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repairs of grounds, common areas, amenities, apartments and buildings of the community are completed in an efficient and cost-effective manner. HVAC & EPA certification required, CPO certification preferred. Must be able to work on-call.
