Hughes Station is Brighton's first mixed income apartment community in the historic downtown area. The goal of Hughes Station is to provide the opportunity to truly enjoy a community, and have rents based partially on the household's income. We offer affordable rents, and several adult and youth education courses through the Colorado State University Extension Program. We offer an After School Program, G.E.D. study and testing, Computer Classes, ESL and upcoming Spanish language classes. All of these are here in our 4,300 Sq. Ft.
