Hughes Station is Brighton's first mixed income apartment community in the historic downtown area. The goal of Hughes Station is to provide the opportunity to truly enjoy a community, and have rents based partially on the household's income. Hughes Station also offers a variety of opportunities for residents to gain knowledge and skills in areas to assist towards first time home buying and beyond.

Our apartments are moments from the Foothills and offer easy highway access to I-25, Highway 7, 85, 6 and 76. Our renters choose Brighton, CO because it is a very popular location for it's ease of access to Denver International Airport. We are close to the Denver Metro area, but provide quick highway access to the Northern Colorado communities of Loveland, Greeley and Fort Collins. Our location is therefore very popular with commuters throughout the Front Range Metro Area.

Our apartment homes are beautiful and very spacious! They are not what you would typically expect as our kitchens and bathrooms are exceptionally large. Each home has a walk-in pantry/storage closet, washer and dryer hookups, and central heat and air. You are sure to enjoy the view of our lush landscapes and the Rocky Mountains from the comfort of your home or outside at one of our many BBQ picnic areas.

We offer affordable rents, and several adult and youth education courses through the Colorado State University Extension Program. We offer an After School Program, G.E.D. study and testing, Computer Classes, ESL and upcoming Spanish language classes. All of these are here in our 4,300 Sq. Ft.
