They are not what you would typically expect as our kitchens and bathrooms are exceptionally large. Each home has a walk-in pantry/storage closet, washer and dryer hookups, and central heat and air. We offer affordable rents, and several adult and youth education courses through the Colorado State University Extension Program. We offer an After School Program, G.E.D. study and testing, Computer Classes, ESL and upcoming Spanish language classes. All of these are here in our 4,300 Sq. Ft.
