    Breed & Weight Restrictions: Maximum of 2 pets per home, combined weight of pets must not exceed 80 lbs. Ferrets, rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, mice/rats, birds, and all reptiles are not permitted without written permission from the Community Manager. Dog Restrictions: Akita, American Pitbull Terrier, Bernese Mountain, Boxer, Bull Mastiff, Bull Terrier, Chow, Dalmation, Doberman, Newfoundland, Rottweiler, Saint Bernard, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and mixes with these breeds are not allowed.
